Owlet Cottage ADU

The Owlet Cottage is a small ADU home adjacent to the property’s main house. Named after the native screech owls, this home is built with a square floor plan, expansive windows and doors, and a large decks at the front and sides of the cottage. Much of the finish materials for the Owlet are reclaimed. The compact 600sf structure is a 1BR/1BA unit with vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural light.
Located in close proximity to downtown, the ADU is in a charming neighborhood within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The structure is situated at the back of the property and nestled under the canopy of a large oak tree.
We worked meticulously with the owners, Seal and Scooter Graeber, and the general contractor, Tyler Turner, to create a design that embodies sustainability in all aspects. We are so excited to bring the Owlet to life. Construction will be completed by the end of 2025!
