Ojai Turkish Estate

.Nestled on a large property in the heart of Ojai, the land features heritage oak trees, a small vineyard and expansive views of the Ojai Valley.  The scope of work is a total renovation of the main house interior.  The original home was designed by local Ojai architect Marc Whitman featuring wonderful organic curves within the space. Our scope was a total renovation of the main house interior.

The interior remodel is a design collaboration with Lawren Howell (designer) and our amazing clients – a husband and wife team whose native home is Turkey. Our goal was to preserve the exterior envelope and blend the rich warmth of Turkish culture and design. We also integrated our client’s collection of unique marble sinks and tubs and Turkish furnishings.   Great care was taken in every detail.

There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a project come to life after so many years. To see it being used and lived in as envisioned, and seeing my clients’ joy and excitement, is what makes my job deeply rewarding.
