Interested in a consultation? Vina can meet at your project site to discuss design ideas to meet your budget, building codes and timeline. Prior to the meeting, we will research zoning requirements at your local jurisdiction (ie: setbacks, land use, etc). Cost is a flat fee which includes 1.5 hour consultation and travel time.

SOL HAUS – Vina’s Tiny House

The SOL HAUS (aka Vina’s Tiny House) is the original classic, full of light, with a focus on simplicity and sustainability. Built on a 8′-6″ x 20′ trailer, it is a comfortable 140sf of interior space. The generous outdoor deck expands the living space to the outside, and has become the signature feature. It has served as my beloved home for more than four years since 2013.

Sol Pod Mobile Studio

After designing her own tiny home and living in it for many years, Vina decided to design & build a mobile office space, also on a trailer. SOL POD is designed to be multi-functional, flexible and portable. The interior is bathed with natural light and there is plenty of storage on the raised platform floor. By incorporating green technologies such as solar, this tiny house is a perfect for off-grid applications. We use an innovative solar battery storage by SimpliPhi Power.

Perhaps the best part of this unit is the ease and speed of construction with SIPs panels (structural insulated panels). The walls and roof went up in literally one day!
